These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AudioFeed (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

AudioFeed lets you subscribe to publicly available RSS/Atom news feeds, read the articles they publish, and optionally listen to summaries or audio narrations of that content. AudioFeed is not affiliated with, and does not control, the third-party publishers whose feeds you choose to add.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation, including through excessive automated requests.
• Use the app to harvest, scrape, or redistribute third-party content beyond your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party content

Articles, feeds, and any AI-generated summaries or audio narrations are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Feed content is owned by the respective publishers, and any AI-generated summary or narration is an automated transformation of that content that may contain errors or omissions. You should treat summaries and narrations as an aid, not a substitute for the original source, and rely on the original article for anything important.

Intellectual property

The AudioFeed app itself — including its design, branding, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the app as intended.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that feeds will always be available, that content or summaries will be accurate or complete, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the app, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
